a. Physical Products:

   We offer several shipping methods for physical products, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Your options may vary depending on your location and the items in your order.


b. Digital Products:

   Digital products are delivered electronically via email or direct download links upon completion of the purchase process. There are no shipping fees associated with digital products.


c. Print-on-Demand:

   Print-on-demand products are custom-made and shipped directly from our printing partners. The shipping methods and delivery times for print-on-demand items may differ from those of other products.


2. Processing Time:

   Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. However, processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.


3. Delivery Time:

   Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Standard shipping within the contiguous United States usually takes 3-7 business days. Expedited and express shipping options are available for faster delivery.


4. Shipping Costs:

   Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


5. Order Tracking:

   Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

6. Shipping Restrictions:

If you are shipping to a PO Box, please provide the address of the post office near you where you acquired your PO Box, along with the box number to which you want your item delivered. For this reason, many Post Offices use the same zip code. When you use the PO Box Number, all it is is the box number without the address. The carrier will need to know which Post Office to deliver to. Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations that carriers or destination countries impose. Please check with your local Post Office for instructions before having your item delivered to it.


7. Order Changes and Cancellations:

   If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders may be processed quickly once they are placed.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

   If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the lost or damaged items or issue a refund.
