Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fresh Harmony Shop! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any questions about our Refund and Return Policy, please contact us at



- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you may receive credit within several days.



- Please contact us if you need to exchange an item for a different one. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

- Items for exchange must be in the same condition as when you received them and in their original packaging.


Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are produced specifically for you upon your order. These may include customized apparel, accessories, or home decor items featuring unique designs or personalization. Due to the custom nature of these products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective print-on-demand product, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order for assistance.


Digital Products

Digital products are items delivered electronically, such as e-books, digital downloads, or access to online courses or content. Due to their intangible nature, once purchased and downloaded, these products cannot be returned or refunded. If you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us for assistance, and we will be happy to resolve any technical problems.



You will be responsible for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
